  • These Techniques can save RMT's a lot of energy and improve their biomechanics = longer careers; very effective with only a couple minutes. ThanksClavia RMT

  • Excellent review of regional anatomy, especially liked the personal attention & principle based approach. Will Wendowsky RMT

  • I attended Mike's course on "Thoracic and Lumbar Balancing" in October 2010. The course provided an excellent review of arthrokinetic modalities, assessment and orthopaedic pathologies, as well as a 'set of fresh eyes' when addressing thoracic and lumbar dysfunction. The course combined various active and passive modalities, such as joint mobilization, muscle energy technique, neuromobilization and fascial release to recreate spinal balancing. The weekend was high energy, fun and provided lots of opportunity to practise hands on. What I liked best about the course was that it relayed concepts and multi-dimensional treatment approaches rather than teach a specific 'technique'. As a runner, the success of the course was best reflected in the feeling of having 'an additional set of lungs' after a weekend of practising with Mike.Eli Klaus RMT
